Adoption Papers
Form 30 is the application you make to the Department of Social Development to confirm that you are not a child abuser. In other words, it confirms that your name does not appear on the National Child Protection register. The entire process for the form 30 cam take up to 2-3 weeks. On Completion of your check at the Registrar of Adoptions, they issue your letter. This letter with your Police Clearance Certificates is to be sent back to you.
We can assist with the form 30 application, we will require the form to be completed and sent to us along with you police clearance certificate and a certified copy of your ID document not older then 3 months.
These documents along with the rest of your documentation then needs to be submitted at your Magistrates court or handed over to your social worker, where a court order will be issued.
All those documentation then needs to be returned to us and we again submit it to the Registrar of adoptions. They will then issue the correct documentation, which we can collect again and returned to you via Courier.
